Our shipping and return/replacement policies

Shipping

Shipping carriers, speeds, and prices:

At checkout, you will be presented with a lot of shipping options with different carriers, speeds, and prices. The shipping speed referenced is how long it takes once the item is shipped. We ship all orders within two business days.

International Shipping:

We use the U.S. Postal Service.  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight or shipping company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them with additional shipping charges.

Replacement Dice:

Do not leave your cube in your car during hot temperatures. The heat can cause the magnets to pop out. With proper care it is rare for a magnet to come out. If a magnet does come out, and you are unable to super glue it back in, contact us describing the type of dice and which dice it was, and we'll send you a new one. For regular, in-stock items, within 30 days of the original purchase date, we'll do this at our expense, otherwise purchase replacement dice here.  We do not have replacement dice for discontinued, discounted items.

Returns/Exchanges:

Within 30 days of the original purchase date, ship the item back, at your expense. You can either choose to exchange it for another item, or ask for a refund. If you choose the exchange option (please first read the paragraph above about replacement dice), we will ship an item of equal or lesser value to you at our expense. If you choose a refund, we will refund the original item's purchase price (not shipping) to your card. If you're returning an item, please purchase insurance, as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage during shipment. Custom orders, 4x4x4's, and 5x5x5's are final and cannot be returned.

Lost/Damaged Shipments:

We will send a tracking number once we ship the item. $50 worth of insurance is included in the price of shipping. Beyond that, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage during shipment.
